This notice covers the Advertiff website, its waitlist and enquiries sent through its contact links. The Agentiff app, connected Meta accounts, AI processing, and client memory are covered separately by the Agentiff service privacy policy.
When you visit this website
Cloudflare hosts and delivers these pages. It processes technical request information, such as your internet address, browser information, and the page requested, to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare may use cookies or other measures for security. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
The site does not contain an account login, payment form, advertising pixel, or third-party analytics script. We serve the fonts with the site instead of loading them from an external font service.
Testing two versions of the home page
We are testing two versions of the home page to see which explains Advertiff better. Each visit is shown one version at random. We do not store anything on your device for this, so a later visit may show the other version.
We count page views and clicks on the Creative Velocity Score link for each version. These counts are totals. They do not identify you.
Joining the waitlist
When you join the waitlist, we receive your work email, which form you used, and which version of the home page you saw. We use your email only to tell you about early access to Advertiff. Advertiff is built by Agentiff.AI, and waitlist sign-ups are recorded in the same system as the Agentiff.AI waitlist.
When you join, you can also tick a box to get Advertiff launch news and product updates. We send them only if you tick it, and every email has an unsubscribe link. We record what you agreed to and when. Our CRM (HubSpot) and email service (Mailchimp) store and send these emails for us.
The Creative Velocity Score link takes you to agentiff.ai. Its assessment and any information you give it are covered by the Agentiff service privacy policy.
When you contact us
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you include. This may include your name, company, and details of your enquiry. Our email service also processes the message to deliver and store it.
We use this information to answer you, arrange a demo, or help with the issue you report. Providing these details is optional, but we may not be able to answer or investigate without them.
Send only the information needed for your enquiry. Do not include passwords, access tokens, or private client records.
The “Book a demo” link opens Reclaim. The booking page collects the details you submit to arrange the meeting. Read the privacy information shown there before you book.
Service providers and storage
Website hosting, CRM, email, and booking providers process the information needed for their part of the service. Their systems may process information outside New Zealand.
We keep waitlist details until early access opens and you have been told about it, or until you ask us to remove them. The retention period for other records depends on the service and the type of record. Contact us to ask what we still hold or to request its deletion.
Your information and your choices
You can ask for access to personal information we hold about you. You can ask us to correct it. You can also request deletion or ask us to stop further contact, including leaving the waitlist.
Email hello@advertiff.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We may need to confirm your identity before releasing or changing information.
If you have a concern, contact us first. You can also contact the New Zealand Office of the Privacy Commissioner. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can also contact your local data protection authority.
